What it costs, how long it takes, and how we pack fragile collectibles.
What shipping costs
Rates are quoted live by the courier for your postcode and parcel size — we do not add a handling fee on top. You can see an estimate in your cart before checkout, and pick the exact courier at checkout before paying.
Delivery times
- Dispatch: 1–2 working days after payment clears
- Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 3–7 working days after dispatch
Courier transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Festive periods and major sale weeks can add a few days across all couriers.
Tracking
You get a tracking number as soon as the courier collects the parcel, and you can follow it under My Account → Orders. Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after collection.
How we pack
- Boxed items are wrapped and cushioned so the collector box is not the outer surface
- Fragile figures get extra fill around corners and joints
- Items in the same order ship together where the parcel size allows

Preorders
Preorder items ship when the manufacturer releases them, and the listing shows the expected arrival window. If your order mixes preorder and in-stock items, we ship the in-stock items first unless you ask us to hold them together.
Store pickup
Pickup is free from Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. You will get a pickup QR code once payment succeeds — show it at the counter. Opening hours are Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm (MYT).
